i specced into caldari scout, but I'm not getting a reduction in the fitting costs of my cloak. with complex cpu and pg modules, i can fit a basic magsec and a basic cloak, and thats it. is this just me?

No, I specced into the scout, however, as I'm writing this, I realized something. I may have bought the wrong drop suit off the market like an idiot. false alarm everyone.
