I've tried making scrp only fits, but you would need more clips for the bscr to make it useable. At lv4 op you get (i think) 16 shots, which at lv5 minmatar assault gives 20. At 42 max ammo you get 2 clips and 2 shots.

+1 to second post. I wouod prefer a universal 40% hp buff to havs and dropships. Just as long as AV doesn't get a mandatory 80% buff in dps, or even an unneeded 100% dps buff (as per swarm launcher) on a weapon that is already OP against vehicles.
