Personally i love this idea. In Warframe, there's no 'tiers' except for your modules. There is no 'Ember 1/2/3' Sure. There IS a Ember Prime, with changed stats and are generally considered improvements, but they almost always have a downgraded...

Swarms should remain a lock-on weapon. They're they only weapon that can hit tanks reliably around corners. I just wish we had a way to lock on without requiring the 'engine' block (in between the tracks area) to be visible.
