They were paid for products, that have now been discontinued. By changing the BPO scout slot layouts, you've given their owners a free upgrade to a pretty powerful suit, and it's a BPO. We already knew this a month before Uprising 1.8 even came out... We made posts about it long before implementation of this build. This is what the community and the CPM's wanted and I kinda agree with their choices. Logi's will always be able to fit more and better equipment and use it better then everyone else. Sure you can run around and fake Logi, But there are various penalties for do so.
