I can never trust the patch notes you put out for Dust because so many of the things you do are not ever mentioned. To name a couple... 1 Tank turret skill now only gives 1% damage per level for a max of 5%, down from 3% a level a day or two ago....

i do want to point out that while heavies probably cant tank like they used to while standing in enemy fire, the significantly higher pool of shields allows for a more dynamic health bar, giving more survivability than i ever thought you would get...
