What if I brick tank a scout suit to 700 armour? 30% penalty for him too? Heavy can't strafe as fast as anyone else can. Because they're slower, you know? Add an entry-exit animation and that LAV issue is sorted.

The reward is a 'Steelmine' Boundless, and the requirement is killing things with a heavy weapon, if I remember correctly. The heavy suit is incidental, essentially. Basically you use it because otherwise you can't use the HMG.
