Either CRONOS or EoN will own the map. Those are both alliances, couldn't tell you all of the corps within them off the top of my head, but the ones I can think of are Betamax and Seraphim Initiative in CRONOS and SyNergy in EoN

I, too would like this answered. If it is anything like the passive SP glitch, CCP will be able to fix it and add your missing stats back in at some point, but I don't know if the two scenarios can be compared.
