I disagree strongly with the OP. Matchmaking on both my main char and vehicle char has been MUCH better since the change has been implemented. Sure, the do-nothings are still on the teams, but overall the matches are much closer as a general rule...

To be honest, I think gameplay would be better without the Sniper rifle. They provide little to no value, and given they generally hide in the redline, often headglitching so they cannot be hit, only reinforces this belief.
