Perhaps objectives should be unhackable for 5-10 seconds after switching sides. That would create some more incentive to stop the hack instead of waiting for it to flip.

Just dial back on the four GEK squads. Noobs will get way more frustrated upon being instakilled by small arms than the more exotic weaponry or vehicles. Also, everybody wear a sandwich board that says "Militia Grenades Go Here"
