Hang out in FW. Most of the people you meet outside of it are afraid of competition. People are a lot better geared in FW, if I do say so from experience, on both sides. Not just one. Stick with your squad and fill a hole.

When the two weapons drop, you'll realize how wrong you are about armor being "so good". They are both armor killers, if you didn't know, and amazing ones at that. Shield tanking in this build is pointless because of all the shield killer weapons....
