Get cloaking equipment into the game, just give scouts a HUGE reduction in CPU/PG for using it on the suit compared to the others and give Scouts a equipment slot for it too.

Mass driver isnt OP,it's just cheap, and efftive at what its does,for how much splash damage it does in a clip it kills 2-3 in pubs and if your not pushing 400+ shields your ez cheese. The only thing i see CCP doing is buffing up other CQC oriente...
