I guess the most logical reasons I've used less HP would be either for a damage mod or speed. Pre-1.4 I might have said for better equipment but considering how deadly even militia ARs are now, I can't fully justify that choice anymore unfortunate...

ID may have invented the genre, but for my money, the Rare people (GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, AND TimeSplitters!) are the ones who perfected it and made the multiplayer FPS what it is today. Nothing we play now would be possible without GoldenEye.
