Blacklight Retribution is a really great Free 2 Play game on PC, it has crazy in depth customization and good gunplay as well as interesting game mechanics... There are some faults and a few Pay 2 win items from what I saw but nothing horribly bad...

Honestly every build since the first has lost appeal to me, the first was unbalanced and extremely rough but it held promise and it was fun to play when it worked, since then it has degenerated into a boring run around in circles with the FOTM gun...
