It's not easy to use but when you plink the driver out of a LAV on the move or a door gunner of a dropship well you can't help but feel good. Amarr logi with prox nades and a PLC makes for a great ambusher of HAV's.

Started scouting a few months before cloaks, if you took the right routes and approaches you could do just as well then. Cloaks just made it too easy, they were a bad idea poorly implemented.

Scouts shouldn't be the most effective AV. I have every single infantry AV weapon at proto, all of it pails in comparison to running a 6K ISK scout with RE's and AV nades.
