Fully remove myo jump boost, and the 3 mod limit on myo's give heavies a boost to jump height so they can clear the 2 inch pavements. Remove weapon swap delay from deactivated cloak or add weapon swap delay to all eq.

Adding the boosted jump pretty much ruined the melee mods for me. I want to be able to stack more than 3 myos, I also want to stack myos without having to fly through the air everytime I jump. Its just ridiculous.
