Anyone out there have some good battle vids with a ssd? Just want to see how much of a difference they can make. I might throw one in my old Dino. Thanks

G li thanks for your reply but doesn't really show me spawn footage. Your vids are edited, as in your in the MCC and then your in the middle of the battlefield. I want to see start spawn and load time.

Just installed my SSD and love it. Loading times didn't really change much for me, but actually loading into game when you pick your first spawn is WAY faster. I'm always on the map running to the point first now.
In addition my gameplay as improved drastically because of the stuttering constant FPS lag. My hit detection improved also.
Now it's like shooting fish in a barrel. I feel like some games everyone is in slo-mo and I'm moving normal speed.
Best part about the SSD is smoother gameplay. I had no idea how bad it was until I switched. It's literally like playing a different game for me. |

Hey thanks for the detailed post, I'm going to throw a 120 in when I get a chance. Plus I can salvage the old drive. I guess it can only help and its only 40 and some change. So what drive did you go with? I'm just going to throw a Kingston 120 in mine.

I slapped a 60gb OCZ in mine - think the price has halved in the last 3 years. |

In the old videos (5 and 4 months) you can see the deployments.
I can assure you that you have a small advantage with SSD

I couldn't watch further than 2 min. You should aim down sight much more often and learn not to panic whenever you face someone. There were no way this guy jumping from his DS survived with the weapons you carried...
