I have not tested it yet. However, reducing clip size while increasing rate of fire would have a cumulative effect. I agree with the DPS change, but I think that the Damage per Clip should be closer to the normal SMG. (It needs a larger clip.) W...

If you are running your clip dry on the SMG, switch to the Breach SMG. I am running a Breach SMG with a Min Assault (level 3) and I can go 3 engagements without reloading sometimes. If you are going for Naming rights, I would think the Ion Pist...
