They would have to completely re do vehicles for this to work. All of the damage mods would become passive, it would be possible to have a tank that can sit there for 5 minutes and not worry about anything. Also i think it would make tanking more ...

I think its skill bonus then modules. So 10% of 45 = 4.5. 45-4.5 = 40.5 then 15% (for the module) of 40.5 = 6.075 = 34.425. I think thats how it works for profile Dampening.

I do think weaponry should be given back as well. The new suit bonuses require a specific weapon to get the benefit from it. The other reason for it is that people that played heavy may want to move to a commando or scout suit that wasnt available...
