I like the assault skills except : minmatar explosive, should be to total ammo, not clip. Gallente- I would like if it was to ADS only, and not to hip fire.

Give us modules (prefer low slots to complement damage mods) to modify weapon range/ammo/recoil/spray etc. These abilities may have been too good as generic skills, as modules taking up slots, they can be better balanced.
