There's a limit? I personally have 4 fittings, one of which I only use once everytime I log in (for some reason, the game gives me one militia assault, one militia shotgun, and a militia nanohive every time I log in, max of one of each).

Well, you'd need to join Nox Aeterna.. and then earn it. If I get ticked off, I usually offer ISK rewards to my squad for killing certain people. Also, I sometimes reward ISK to people for team kills on redline kittens.

Ender Pearls.. That would be way too fun. Sadly, it neither fits the technology of Eve or the 'feel' of Dust 514. As for the mine ideas, they would be interesting to implement, but would require some balancing.
