The other killfeed entries fade in about eight seconds, putting time of death at about 1.41 when we know he wasn't on feed. Unless re-spawn time was changed (OB with no points hacked, therefore devhax) Silviu had to have spawned sometime during the space sequence. Also if death to kill feed notice fadeout is eight seconds more time passed in the ground battle than during the space sequence and was edited out.

I noticed that when he jumps from the MCC scrambler rifle has 72 rounds and fullauto icon (1:00) while when fighting has 45 rounds and single shot icon (1:11) perhaps the imperial has 45 rounds and the assault has 72 shots more or less like the plasma rifle (standard and tactical)

Scrambler Rifle, Assault Rifle, Laser rifle... you might want to reconsider your position on armor, or are you scared of HMGs? Did you not see how much armor it has? Its a Gallente equivalent of the assault, its armor based instead of shield based.
