K guys, with the upcoming changes to HAV's coming, the other vehicles will have to be looked at as well. AV will be getting a buff as it should, and the ADS/DS and LAV will need to be buffed along side it. With that, here's what I think on the mat...

I think the idea floating around with a cloak-like soft Cooldown would be really nice. That's all I would change about active mods, besides bringing armor hardeners up to 35%
