No, but this use to happen to me everytime I had to update a game. The fix for me was to manually set my network settings on the PS3 to a fixed IP.

Apparently a Proto Minnie w/ Cmp KinKats, is almost gamebreaking according to IWS . Even though a Proto Gal scout can already go faster . I will continue to persevere as a dedicated scout, but have all but given up hope that CCP will do anything...

Increasing(as if there is any ) the hip fire bullet spread on the problematic weapons is the best solution I've seen posted. & Interestingly enough, would also have positive effects for the HMG, as others have suggested.

I typically play @ 4-5K dpi, 30 sensitivity(because 20 is still broken, & 0-10 is too slow. Even @ 7K dpi!?. I have attempted lowering my dpi & raising sensitivity, to little success. I run a CQC scout or sniper.
