Oh and I'll agree the rail rifle is OP and unbalanced as it is, maybe a slight RoF decrease but the range is what gives it the advantage and causes the imbalance, maybe not the damage but perhaps the bonus to armour could have been cut by 50%

Speed + Damage was viable in the past but TTK ruined it. That Gallente Sentinel will only have a 5% bonus because of the 10% bonus to armour, the rail rifle will still chew it to shreds from medium distance anyway.
