It's also losing 2 reps per sec. Basically, they made it a great eWar suit, people abused it and stacked plates and now it's getting the eWar stuff nerfed and people will still stack plates on it.

I think Cal scouts are losing 2 meters off their scan radius, so you will still see heavy squads with one Cal so they can see everything(basically just like 1.7 scanners)

I suggested lowering dmg for ASL(slightly) but giving it a longer lock on range and better tracking speed. I also suggested buffing dmg for the std swarm and leaving all other stats the same.
