They nerfed GalScout's eWar abilities and basically made it useless for scouting. Lock the suit so it can't use plates, you punished real scouts to get rid of FoTM chasers.

I don't have much experience with the SR(none actually) but I do use a PLC/AR STD Plasma Cannon Assault rifle Complex rep Basic plate or complex reactive Compact hive/K-17/quantem hive(you could also run a scanner, but that PLC eats ammo) ADV En...
