They nerfed GalScout's eWar abilities and basically made it useless for scouting.
Lock the suit so it can't use plates, you punished real scouts to get rid of FoTM chasers.

I don't think they can just lock out plates...
I still think they need to % out the HP of Plates. Or make it so the speed reduction becomes greater the smaller the suit.
If you find an issue and I stumble upon your thread, I will do my darnedest to get the issue known.

@Kallas, it's sad out the 87/162 scouts got nerfed because of 600+ehp scouts.

Yes please. Bring back dampening as it was, leave range as is if you want. Otherwise nerf precision for Caldari Scouts. |

Agree Otherwise remove all e-war abilities from cal and gal, give them another bonus and let EW be influenced only by modules (finally reach scout parity)

The funny thing now the only rella viable fits are brick tanked or partly tanked gal scouts. I am more or less fine with the range removal even though I believe CCP shoud remove the scan range bonus alltogether in favour for a different bonus.
The dampening bonus should be restored or buffed to 4% per level as long as stealth will still be the main role for the gal scout.
If CCP don't like the dampening and scan range replace both boni with ones that do better fit... |

I agree with the number of other scouts that think the bonus should be to the module and not an innate bonus to the suit. This way you can still get your dampening, but only if you are actually equipping the modules.
It helps to fix both the dampening issue and the tanking issue.

I think they should have it back but at the same time, what does brick tanking even matter really? Who cares I mean really, guys like roner general have been rocking fully tanked gal scouts since uprising, high slot fits suck, shields suck, damage mods suck and giving a suit respect, a scout buff and a cloak all at the same time is the problem not scouts or plates.
My amar scout is bricked only because it has no ewar skills at all. My gal is my fast ewar fit and cal is my city open fit and I also use my amar for open fghting even sometimes with a scout repping me as a bricked assault which is what work well with amar, that or fast with knives.

Thereal problem was suit respec It's mostly because of how it outdid the assault in every way, I think a simple boost to ehp and CPU/PG adjustments for the assault suit would have brought it in live with the scout suit.

The problem isn't tha now we have to fit damps. It's the fact Calscouts are even more rampant, and that it's literally useless to try and dodge them, because they have higher HP than your dampened fit, and still have squadshare.
I agree with reimplementing the 25% bonus, but make it a module Efficacy bonus.
BAM. Wanna use that bonus you spent 2.4 mill investing into? Put on a damned module.

They just need Small, Medium, and Large versions of them (Like in EVE)
Scale CPU/PG of suits to fit the size of modules they should fit.
Get rid of Basic, ADV and PRO, just have T1 and T2.
I didn't think this was a great idea until I started playing EVE. It does just make so much more sense. You can tank out a smaller ship, but you lose soo much fitting potential to do so, since it costs so much more CPU/PG
