You already get pre fit militia LAVs to call down when you want it. As for HAVs and Dropships, no. It's better that players invest skill points and isk if they want to drive larger and/or better vehicles. That's how the universe of EVE works.

I always imagined The Amarr using a short sword like weapon, like an eve version of the kukri; A "sword of devine fire" as they would put it. Google "modern kukri" images and you'll find a lot of sci-fi looking designs.
