It was confirmed on Eurogamer months and months and months ago that Dust is going to have Space elevators controlled by the dust corps and we control the taxes etc or anything that goes to and from the planet.

In Goonwaffe we encourage all our newbees to set up PI right off the bat, if you get PI set up on a good plasma planet or something using the set ups we run you can pay for your account and have change, you're looking at 700m a month or so.
