Not in Instant battles. In corp battles however, you can have either. The benefit of an EVE capsuleer in orbit is an increased blast radius I am lead to believe.

To be honest, I'd like a damage increase. It would justify the recoil in my opinion. Right now it feels like a Breach AR with no point to it. But not too much damage, the notorious issue with things that need a buff.

Alright so I specced into A Series and it's better but the fact that all it has over a Type I Assault suit is PG/CPU is sort of a downgrade to Scouts. I mean, it takes that much SP to get a less-than-Type I Assault suit? Come on....
