I'm noticing this issue, while you get shot and meanwhile u take cover u stil get bullets when you are behind a wall already. A wall. corner or whatever cover. Why this CCP?

310.920 or so, is the total amount of SP you spendl from level 1 to level 5 for a 1X skill. A skill which has a cost lets say 5X will be 310,920 x 5, thats around 1,5 million SP, and so on....
