I'd say a 10% WP bonus for every kill within 45-50m is a better idea. 80m is a bit far away for point defense, especially when you consider the range of the HMG.

I don't. From what I hear, there is no Medic/Support class (instant dealbreaker for me), and the vehicles can only be killed by other vehicles or turrets, meaning no AV to play around with.
