Currently MLT needles are best for farming WP. I agree that there needs to be an incentive to use better grade in general pub matches, as winning isn't as important in those.

I don't think scouts move fast enough to cause a noticable effect. Just like a firetruck going at 5mph isn't going to produce a doppler effect that's noticable to human hearing. Kind of a neat idea, though.

The problem is that the mods are bunched up together at the top of the wheel. There have been previous requests to space them out so that when trying to quickly activate a second mod, you're not deactivating the first.
