Until it is manually deactivated. This would be the simplest most effective measure. -or- Have REs blow up as soon as they are thrown while cloaked only killing the user and don't allow shotguns to be equipped,and have the PG drain negatively effect the suits speed reducing it by 65%. Meee One, the problem you are experiencing is not that people are cloaking but that you can't find them. Proto scanners will (should) pick up any suit above scout sized that is cloaked. Really not a big issue to look for a shimmer in the air around you either and for the be all end all point your gun at them and follow the red reticle. LogiGod earns his pips

There is a bug with a piece of equipment, so your solution is to reduce the overall effectiveness of the equipment.. rather than fix the bug ... yeeeaahhh.
