In Uprising ~1.4, I placed 2-3 REs under a Gunnlogi that didn't see me. Obliterated it. Doesn't need to be on the crit spot, but if you want to know, there's lots of factors involved (Resistances, modules, hardeners, etc).

Loyalty Weapons/Dropsuits/Modules/Etc, are all basically AUR gear, but re-skinned, re-named, and re-priced. If you have the skill, it will benefit from it. Just like AUR.

Quil, I don't have Sharpshooter 5, but I can tell you that Operations 5 dominates at a pretty long range. I've gotten kills so far as 25+ meters before. With an SMG, that's impressive.

I actually haven't done much of the math involving scanning and stuff, I just know it works for battlefield assassination and flanking maneuvers. Also, I know that ADV Scanners can't scan me, only prototype. But if you'd like, I can do some maths...
