581. Best way to practice driving/flying without futzing up the team/match - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Or that. Back in my day, we had to learn on the field. I'm a pretty excellent Pilot right now, no denying. I learned that it's a Thrust Vehicle early on. It's like sliding a brick on ice...

582. Gbghg's low level high speed training dropship - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
I'd love a dropship where I can mess around. But I can't trust those **** raspberries not to destroy it, and mistake it for an actual, playing character.

583. Shotgun Scout Fitting? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
I've recently been running a couple suits, one depending on opposing skill level, or just how much money I want to spend in a match: I'm running a Starter Arbiter with a Shotgun fit into it. Its a big price jump between that and my Type-1 that co...

584. Best way to practice driving/flying without futzing up the team/match - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
A thing I've talked to my CEO about, is a Corp Training Ground. I would talk to your Corp CEO, and see if they can't set up a 24/7 (Or whatever time...) Training Ground. All you need is a cooperative corp to train with, and your set for success.

585. Shotgun Scout Fitting? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
That's not a bad suit at all, actually. Depending on price I may use it as a less expensive alternative to the Fitting I've decided to us, just in case I get in a battle with some very skilled players, and I don't wanna waste all that money. :P W...

586. Shotgun Scout Fitting? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Ok, It's just personal preference, bro. There is a method to my madness. One that involves me being a cheapskate. I deleted an Assault that had basically no skills, no unique fits, no money, no SP, no anything. He was practically a new character, ...

Darn right he does... I just got into the actual ships too, finally out of the Militia/Testing phase and into Armor (Meant to get shield, but accidentally got Gallente...) Ships. :D

588. The Pistolero : A guide to the most fun you can have in dust. - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
This is truly unique, and I'm a fan. I didn't have enough SP to fully spec into it, but I played it with Militia-Gear to give it a trial run of sorts, and if I wasn't a Logi, I'd definitely use this. But right now I'm too busy blowing things up. :P

589. Shotgun Scout Fitting? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
I'm not a huge fan of multiple accounts, I live in a family of 5, and my OCD prevents me from making a certain number of something. AKA: If I don't have only 5 accounts on there, I go a little crazy. My Logi is currently using Militia-Class gear....

591. Shotgun Scout Fitting? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
I did, and its a bit expensive SP-Wise. And if I do decide to use it (It's likely...), would you mind setting up a Corp Battle or something for me to train with? I wouldn't want to spend the SP and whatnot, just to get Proto-Stomped, or Spawnkille...

592. Shotgun Scout Fitting? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
I'm 110% Positive this has been asked before, but I hate the search database of this forum, so I'm not bothering to look it up. Does anyone have a good Shotgun Scout fitting? I'm aiming for something good in Skirmish (I prefer that type of battle....

593. Sniping railgun tanks: how to deal with them? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Ah, yes. The Blueberry Predicament. Well, I'm not a huge Tanker (I'm more of a support guy, which involves Dropships...), but even in my dropships, I rarely let anyone in my Dropship other than squad members, for fear of 'Parking' and getting hija...

594. Sniping railgun tanks: how to deal with them? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
I once pit myself against a team with 3 Sniper Tanks. It was kind of funny, because for a bunch of guys in tanks, they didn't have enough balls to come and hack anything. In the end, I was at Objective C and 2 Tanks came in, but I exploded one wit...

596. Sniping railgun tanks: how to deal with them? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
At a certain point, the Sniper Tank cannot see you. I'm just pointing this out. In my Shotgun Scout suit, I ran up Sneaky-Style and tried to tell a tank to go away. He couldn't quite aim at me, and paid no atention to me when I threw Locus Grenade...

597. Age old Question for a Sniper Assault or Logi? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]

To the earlier reply about getting WP for killing and then reviving a TM: This doesn't work very well, because killing a TM can result in -50 points, and then reviving gives you +60. That +10 points gained, but you could get +25 for just Repairing...
