No, there is not a limit. Though perhaps the number of people you can have in corp limits it. Be careful about handing out director roles casually though.

No, it doesn't use up the loadout when you switch to it. If you die in that loadout, you will lose that loadout, but not the previous loadout that you changed out of. If you don't die, you will not lose loadouts regardless of switching at a supply...

Hybrids, assault rifles, are 110% damage vs shield and 90% damage vs armour. Lasers are I think 130% (Someone feel free to correct me on this) vs shield and 70% vs armour, but by the time the laser strips the shields it has warmed up enough to rip...

Personally, I use: GEK-38 Complex light damage mod x1 Enhanced shield extenders x2 Enhanced armour plate x1 Enhanced armour repairer x1 Locus grenades Nanohives Alternatively, I drop the shield extenders for a second damage mod.
