The Opus assault has been a personal favourite of mine for a while. If you're skilled into Amarr assault, it's quite effective. The sentinel has an HMG though. I wouldn't recommend the Gal sentinel unless you really like forge guns. HMG sentinels...

Yep. It's slower, has a larger hitbox, and lacks equipment, though, amongst other things. It's a good newbie suit though because it's cheap and cheerful and doesn't require much.
