Amusing, but what would the match be? A skirmish? Ambush? What officer weapons, and most importantly, is there no metric for who gets weapons? A person who gets 40 kills has an equal chance as the guy with none? Because that event will just be AFK...

New content like that would probably be in 1.9. As for the ability to give away items, I think they haven't done that yet because of possible security problems. If something can be given, it can also be taken. I wouldn't mind that though :)
