dude its dope they put aim assist optional and different control styles as requested. its dope they listen to the community and yeah kinda what you said your in the process of there product. lets hope they create a game worth vesting time into and lasts a while more so then another cod remake. |

So rather than just queueing a skill and letting it do its thing, you have to grind the SP, and you don't really like that? If correct, I can agree with that. Personally I wish they made active skilling provide bonus SP, and made passive skilling the primary source of SP.
exactly, that would be a working solution, for both games i guess, as for eve to gain extra sp to gunnery or missiles or weaponry in general as your pvp ing around or that stuff but also, i'd love to see dust skills go semi passive and you'd just get extra from the battles you go through, though im not sure would it work too well since you could just drop back and log for a month and get easy sp, tho they should make the queue so you can designate the skill your going to be training for so you dont have to actually gather 512k sp to spend it directly on skill as instead you'd be able to partially train the skill, would be cool in my opinionn |

You only get 20 SP per minute or so. Whatever skills you queue, should train passively as normal, but if you use those skills in battle, you should gain some bonus SP towards them.
Lets say you are training Assault Rifle Operation Level 4, it would probably have a ~1d 2hr training time. Then if you use Assault Rifles in battle, the WP earned by getting kills with an Assault Rifle should translate into some bonus SP for that skill. |

If I felt a game was a grind (read hardwork/monotonous) than I would simply not play it. I enjoy this game and its structure/features. |

CCP, in concept is building a big, beautiful house.... on a less than sturdy foundation. I fear the "Jenga effect" could very well claim DUST 514 |

It has it's ups and downs. Replication was about as stable as this build (not good) but had IMHO the best map, and EVERYONE had Proto assault gear available (1xskill modifier). Lag and hit detection were terrible, but the way it played gave me faith in Dust. It felt like an crazy fast paced shooter with tanks and Dropships, and a great game mode.
E3 was stable after a week of CCP playing about with it. Gameplay was boring. Marauders were insanely op, as we're free drop ships. This would be the low point in my opinion, but I'm sure CCP got lots of feedback about that.
This build shows a lot of promise if they can sort out the stability, numbers, frame rate, ect ect, I think a game where tanks rule the open plains and infantry rule in the complexs. If they can balance UT/Quake style FPS gameplay with the world of tanks side of things, we'll be in for a cracker. This build still needs a lot of work...except for the f it just doesn't feel special yet? (in the FPS gameplay element) |

I enjoy playing it. Especially when someone is on comms. If you look at all the options we will have in the future, i think its safe to say that ccp is still laying the foundations of the game. So all this talk about not getting the base gameplay right is coming just a little too soon. Patience is an underated virtue in todays gaming culture. By all means tho, keep complaing if your bored, but keep it all specific and construhctive. It is after all still a beta. |

I understand that it is a beta, so I am not treating it as if it is final. That being said I find it enjoyable even with the pre-release issues. I even enjoy looking at and planning skills. The potential is there for something so much deeper than any FPS out there, patience is not a barrel of lolz, but sometimes its necessary. |

Dont like it, E3 was fun tho unbalanced, new build is frustrating. Price changes are good, balance is nice, but currently I fight the controls, not other players. Controls in general are much worse, weapon sway on hit is immensly frustrating and just adds to the feeling of not beeing fully in control. Hopefully this will get fixed and removed but for now this build is not for me. |

Again, maybe because I am playing in Asia with a much smaller player base, but I am not having all of the technical problems you guys seem to be. The only freezes or inability to join a match comes from when I join my group for games in EU or US. |

Most fun I've had in an FPS, and it isn't even finished yet and I can't play my role yet. Besides the stability issues, this is the best FPS I have ever played, and it will probably be the only one I play for a long, long time. |

I think it still needs work, and polish, but as for the "enjoyment" factor? I have to say I enjoy it a lot. I think it has made progress, and is a lot of fun. More fun when you have friends of course, or when people actually talk on their mics. |

Only played one and a half matches so far but enjoying it. Taking awhile to jump into another... really liking how effective militia weapons are right now, with lower SP rate and higher cost for everything there's a lot less people that can tank a stupid amount of bullets.. making the gun fighting better in this game imo, never liked it when fights would devolve into strafing circles so often. Still happens, just not as often and it's nice.
Better graphics, going throughout the selection is really smooth.. liking that, a lot less choppy and all together better. Waiting to get pissed off by freezing though, already had to restart Dust a few times due to glitches and errors. |

All my friends that are currently playing it are preferring to solo (including me) because it's too much hassle getting everyone into 1 fully-functional squad without having to encounter a bug and hardly getting into battles. |

Aside from the resets, I'm having a blast.
I was a critic of Ambush maps, but being thrown in there with full teams instead of the two or three people that actually played them in the last build actually improves my experience.
