flying up there isn't that hard. But it's really easy to knock them off.

I can kill just as many, if not more enemies by running around on ground level, then what he can rack up by sitting up there like a scrub.

Ok, for the millionth time or so.
Being a sniper or AV troop on a high strategic point is not camping, it's not bad and it should not be touched. That's proper military thinking.

 BUT.
Buying a dropship and then using it to just park up there is really not what they're meant for. It shows you are:

Not a team player. You're a lone wolf and really should learn to play as part of the team.
Really making a bad choice. That dropship should never be sitting still. It should be used to constantly move troops across the battlefield and provide air support.
Probably only interested in K/D count. In a real corp you'd be kicked out after the first match or maybe even during it.

 So my solution?
Buy a dropship. Fly up there.
But before you do, load it up with troops and drop them in pairs on each vantage point.
When you're done with that, make sure you have a gun squad and keep flying around keeping other dropships away from your sniping squads.
You could also transport other troops to A, B or C and help get the battle over swiftly.

Real Men of Genius (real men of genius) Today we salute you, Mr. Remote mines. (Mr. Remote mines camper) When your team is caping a point you lay down those mines at the spawn point. what are you going to let them take by point B with no effort?. While the other players wait 10 seconds just to get pissed, you sit at the top of the scoreboards, a job well done. (uugghh!) No one knows the guts it takes to run around the battlefield with only a pistol and 15 remote mines. (so many remote mines) Or the QQ's complaing about beta being unfinished .
