Only for Loyalty Ranks 4+. And you say loyalty ranks can be earned easily? Hilarious. Just playing a character over a year and a half only took me to 2/3rds over 1. That's without paying. I'm sorry Rattati but you've gotten the 3rd tick for a total of 5. Stick this feature up your ass.

While I understand the requirement to lock it based on loyalty rank, 4 seems very high when you take into account new players. Should be rank 3 at most in my opinion.

I understand the purpose of the loyalty rank requirement, but can you please make the rank requirement slightly less? Maybe 2 or 3? 4 is quite high for someone who can only afford a a few thousand aurum a year.
If nothing else, can you please explain the reasoning behind the rank of 4?

Nice work CCP. This is a major milestone. The loyalty point requirement is smart. New players probably won't have much of a need for trading. The big concern I have is whether you guys have tested the hell out of this. If we have bugs where items are duped or items are sent but never delivered, it could create some serious chaos (not to mention ruin more than a few friendships).
