My argument is that everyone say M&K users get better aim while strafing. Idk how it feels using M&K vs a ps3 controller but I feel like just so people dont feel cheated for whatever reason we should all be playing dust using a controller because dust is on a ps3 console. If dust was ment for a computer like EVE then why put it on a console that uses different controller system. People say inorder to play Planetary Conquest with big corps like CAPITAL ACQUISITION you need to have a mouse and keyboard. To me thats not fair if it is true. I dont want to learn new settings just to play a game to have an equal chance at beating big corps, its just stupid and its another reason Dust sucks. Im sure im not the only one. I probably wont be on much longer cuz iv played this game for a long time and it has not gone anywhere but full circle. Seems like history is repeating itself on this game. Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

Normally kb/m is better then controller. But not in dust. Because in dust controller has high aim assist. kb/m has 0 aim assist and the hit detection is rather poor. If hit detection was fixed an argument could be made for kb/m being better.

Sooooo... either get a job or get good.. I abhor people who trash it before they try it...... while talking from lack of experience. I used to FPS on a computer, I know how unfair vs. a controller it is. Personally I find a controller to be easier on the wrists and I don't like setting up a desk in front of my Tv D; Also some people need the USB outlets for their headsets so they can communicate with their team mates. Like most others I expected the M/KB to be superior but that's not the cause here anymore. I've been playing online since the 1st quake game so M/KB is what I know best and that's why I'm not apposed to it being removed from the game. They might as well remove it if they aren't going to properly support it. The only thing that I ask is that the KB remains supported for chatting in channels. You make a post about M/KB yet you have never used one OR looked at how cheap they actually are... So get that underpaying job, work 2-3 hours and you can have your M/KB too. Mainly while spriting (I guess sprint-bug had it's effect too ;P) and doing melee. Btw, do you guys also experience random melee strikes when trying to shoot while jumping/ falling?

Looking at both sides of the coin. Even Aurum one.

You admit you don't know how it feels using mouse and keyboard compared to a controller, so how can you possibly have anything valuable to say on the matter? Try it out for a week, then comment.

As it is, you can point at a heavy's head with an assault rifle and do 0 damage with a mouse, while they rip through you in seconds as you strafe as fast as you can. Some weapons are better with kbm, but ds3 is superior overall.
