I want to play people with controllers and not mouse and keyboard. Reason is because I dont believe its fair.
My argument is that everyone say M&K users get better aim while strafing.

Idk how it feels using M&K vs a ps3 controller but I feel like just so people dont feel cheated for whatever reason we should all be playing dust using a controller because dust is on a ps3 console. If dust was ment for a computer like EVE then why put it on a console that uses different controller system.

People say inorder to play Planetary Conquest with big corps like CAPITAL ACQUISITION you need to have a mouse and keyboard. To me thats not fair if it is true. I dont want to learn new settings just to play a game to have an equal chance at beating big corps, its just stupid and its another reason Dust sucks.

Im sure im not the only one. I probably wont be on much longer cuz iv played this game for a long time and it has not gone anywhere but full circle. Seems like history is repeating itself on this game.

I used to FPS on a computer, I know how unfair vs. a controller it is. Personally I find a controller to be easier on the wrists and I don't like setting up a desk in front of my Tv D;

Also some people need the USB outlets for their headsets so they can communicate with their team mates. Unless your using one of those poop bluetooth ones so everyone can hear your TV as you play x-x


But I mean, if you need the advantage that bad ;)

ive tried mouse n keyboard a couple times on dust and my experience was very sour both times

No, it does not damage the controller in the least. My 2 pads is are over 4+ years old each.
What the hell do you do to your controller to ruin them? Smash them on the ground?

There is nothing in this game that warrants abuse of the controller itself, you must just have bad fine motor control, and high twitch control.

Yes, it seems to be some kind of interpretation bug half of the time, the other half it's because I pressed the joystick in too far while aiming.

Did you know that the "redline" stereotyping that people like you spew on the forums are actually beneficial to many field snipers? Many people will dodge INTO the line of fire (because the area is out of LOS for the redline vista) giving many more opportunities to kill. Then later on the forums you'll often find the people you hit from the middle of the map complaining about "redline snipers". You'd be surprised how many of them can't read their hit markers.
