I don't mind being killed by scramblers, I'm Matari after all, but 699 damage at eight meters, what's that bs? 
Why the hell is a long range weapon so good at CQC?

RR - long range rifle with strong kick. Somebody from dev team doesn't know how long range gun should act while shooting.
CR - Medium range rifle. Yet it's king of CQC.
ugly Rifle - gall tech. Desinged for CQC yet it's defeated by CR.
ScR - god rifle. Every minmatar who will look at its gold will get blind.

Because it sucks at its intended range due to the kick it has. If it had less ads kick and slightly more hipfire kick, then we'd see either less of them in entirety, or them being used in their intended ranges. Possibly both. |

Rattati says [paraphrased] that it outperforms the other rifles efficiency-wise (i.e. Kills/Spawn), but it is not yet widely used enough to warrant a nerf.

I think there is something in there along the lines that the heat build up warrants the ROF and Damage which is laughable...
Rail Rifle has a spool up time but yet it got hit hard and is still walking around with a limp...... |

u can't tell me any different. Its undeniable proof. When things are op the entire playerbase moves to it en masse. Tell me im wrong. You could say its the combo with the amarr assault but it doesnt seem like anyone had a problem skilling into min assault.

The Scrambler Rifle is good. The combat rifle is better (overall). The Assault Rifle is more reliable. The Rail Rifle is potato.

Actually, he said that it's the most efficient rifle and he'll only nerf it if more people start to use it.

it is the most least used rifle. that fact says 1000 words . no SCR features in the top 10 most used light weapons yet the AR has 4 the CR 3 and the RR 2 in the list. |

As a proto amarr and scrambler rifle proto. I can fire 15+ without over heating.
MAG Raven vet 7 times. Favorite weapon F90 and Highest Kills 78 and 23 deaths.
