Fact: if scrambler rifle was op, everyone would use it.
u can't tell me any different. Its undeniable proof. When things are op the entire playerbase moves to it en masse. Tell me im wrong. You could say its the combo with the amarr assault but it doesnt seem like anyone had a problem skilling into min assault.

Wrong, it's SP and assault suit skill buffs that decrease its use
Oh silly me i forgot theres no way to get sp anymore.

The scrambler and am assault haven't changed in a while. Any tryhard has had plenty of time to skill into it. Like i said before, the sp hasn't stopped a ton of people from skilling min assault to proto. Im not saying its op but what i am saying is its not a big deal to skill a suit to 3 and a weapon to proto.
I know youve been around for quite a while. You know as well as i do that when anything is op the playerbase flocks to it. Rattati is also aware of this
