A shotgun Scout/Assault/Heavy(Hate them so much)
Or a sword wielding Scout/Assault/Heavy
The sword I would pick.
I also think the sword shouldn't have a charge,you just swing it and it does 460 damage a swing

There is a fine line between something that is really great because of what people accomplish with it versus something that is great by design and is just fluff in practice. Nova Knives are great because at a glance they are unimpressive. They are the proverbial knife you don't bring to the gun fight. When you see people accomplish work with Nova Knives it can be impressive. Nova Sword: something made just to look cool, would just be mass used by new players for esthetics and would ultimately be seen as a joke. And anything with the power of Nova Knives + more range would be overpowered and you'd see it everywhere. Is that really what we want in Dust? Half the team running around with lightsabers? No one is the hero in this game, everyone is a mercenary.

The graphics are far from impressive and never really make me go 'mmm look at that pretty gun he's shooting at me with.'
