Plus I'm still thinking on what the second part should be.... Any ideas?

Perhaps the second part could be our characters using their unique traits and skills to both avoid the shadow commandos (the name must stick) and figure out their weakness. Perhaps aboard the escape craft we'd get a little time to get to know each other sense we're probley going to be with each other a while.
(Edit: I'm thinking part two would be more about espionage, infiltration, and stealth.)

It's a good thing then..... all here know the horrible things I have happen to my characters..... they are too unlucky for stealthy, classy things like that.
