We are basically just increasing eHP of these Minmatar dropsuits, to keep consistency between Amarr and Caldari/Gallente vs Minmatar and Caldari/Gallente.

I take it all logistics will be looked at separately eventually (When is that by the way? Wasn't it slated for delta alongside commandos?)
Aside from that it looks pretty okay.

Nice. My Minmando is happy. Are you going to remove basic suits? Because they were already useless before (no bonus compared to specialized suits), but now there is moreover a big HP gap (especially between the medium suit and the assault) And I've always wondered why they were more expensive... |

A problem for a later day, there are ways to make them more useful (more PG/CPU, less slots), more HP less PG/CPU to help new players, much cheaper ISK, etc.

as for logi.. caldari logi needs more cpu.. all logi need sidearms because of how much eHP everyone has now a days.. and more eHP for the logi suit.. and more definition for logi role.. IE all logi suit get the 10% rep distance and 5% rep amount minmatar get.. but also +1 or +2 CARRIED equipment per level and extra movement speed to compensate for having to brick tank cause of lack of eHP while following around rep targets

Its needed because of Minmatar fragility. They all have less total HP at all levels than all other dropsuit races before fitting.
A slight buff to eHP means you wont have to brick min suits as hard and can focus on other things. |

MM logi was fine, 240 vs GA/CA at 270 and Amarr at 300, 30 difference on both sides.

I said it in a previous thread, but I'd just like to reiterate: if you are going to buff Minmatar across the board, as a Minmatar user, I think it would be much more beneficial for the suits to receive shield recharge and/or recharge delay buffs rather than eHP buffs. I don't know about other people, but I definitely didn't choose the Minmatar for their tanky-ness.

Moar ehp is like more porridge - it'll keep you alive longer but it is BORING AS HELL.
The thing about buffing shield regen rate and decreasing the regen delay is that it forces a different playstyle, and the identity of the suits would come through forcefully in how you handle your merc and inform decisions about viable tactics, etc.
This goes for the other races as well, but focusing on Minmatar here atm. I'm sure it makes your balancing job harder, but in the long run better racial identity is much better for the game.

Aside from that it looks pretty okay. When Uprising 1.8 dropped all Medium Frames were hurting. Glad to see Assaults finally make it out.
It really was disgusting yesterday while at a buddy's place yesterday (Labor Day). His Assault had on a plate and was still faster than my Minmatar Logi who only uses Ferroscale. It didn't help the newly improved Light Complex Damage Modifiers made things even worse.
If a decision has been made to ignore the health issue then some other parts of the stat-line and/or skills needs more bacon. Otherwise the next hotfix is DOA.

I'm all for buffing minmatar recharge speed and delays instead of health if you're willing to go that route, it'll retain the minmatar's place in the eHP continuum while allowing them to better function in there role. I'd kill for some efficacy bonuses to rechargers, energizers and regulators.

You rattatai,have present zero legit reasons to keep logistics nerfed beyond 'quid pro quo' statements.
Tell me that logistics is getting nothing while costing the most investment and i'll biomass tomorrow.
I've sat through being nerfed,i've sat through FOTM leaving logistics a ragged and dirty stain because of the FOTM prevention nerfs,i refuse to sit through anymore.
If there is nothing for logistics in this next update i'm biomassing and i'll go play a game that respects support and actually desires their game to succeed.
Was banned for fighting for logistics survival on 7/25/2014 02:11. Logistics will never be respected.
