I said it in a previous thread, but I'd just like to reiterate: if you are going to buff Minmatar across the board, as a Minmatar user, I think it would be much more beneficial for the suits to receive shield recharge and/or recharge delay buffs rather than eHP buffs. I don't know about other people, but I definitely didn't choose the Minmatar for their tanky-ness.

I realized that this is a rather vague statement, so let me spell out what I'd like to see. First, let's look at the current Minmatar shield regen stats.
Assault/Medium Frame- 25/s, 6/8s delay Logistics- 20/s, 4/6s delay Sentinel/Heavy Frame- 20/s, 4/6s delay Commando- 18/s, 6/10s delay Scout/Light Frame- 40/s, 4/5s delay
Now, I've seen other people in this thread who say we should simply switch the Minmatar and Caldari stats out. I wish I could be in agreement, but that frankly is a very large nerf to the Caldari suits, who are already in a pretty good place, and a pretty substantial buff to the Minmatar at the same time would make them outclass the Caldari, which I wouldn't want to see. Leave the Caldari as is, and just buff the Minmatar. I would like to see:
Assault/Medium Frame- 30/s, 3/8s delay Logistics- 25/s, 3/6s delay Sentinel/Heavy Frame- 30/s, 3/6s delay Commando- 20/s, 4/10s delay Scout/Light Frame- 50/s, 2/5s delay
So the Assault and Logistics suits get +5/s, the Commando gets +2/s, and the Scout and Sentinel get +10/s. This brings their shield regen equivalent to Caldari, but the delay stats are where they are different. Their depleted delay stats stay where they currently are, still better than Gallente/Amarr, but not as good as the Caldari, whereas the non-depleted delay stats are better than the Caldari. My reasoning behind this is that the Minmatar are hit and run. You don't run into a room with the intent of toe-to-toe fighting, but you will take some damage, and they are able to go from half shields to full faster than any other suit. It really fits their fighting philosophy, in my opinion.

That's not how hit and run works. If you do it right, you will take minimal damage, specifically why they have lower shields.
Which is also against the Minmatar doctrine. Minmatar don't need better shield regen because you have so little eHP you end with a lower downtime with the other suits.
No. That is just factually false. With maxed cores, from depleted shields it would take a Minassault 18seconds to fully regen, whereas it takes the Caldari 16.5seconds. And the Caldari are getting much more effect per second to boot. From half shields it takes the Minassault 11seconds and it takes the Caldari 9.7seconds. I'm not even mentioning the sentinel suits, where the disparity between Minmatar and Caldari full shield regen is massive.
I anything I would say the Depleted delay needs to be faster than the caldari, because the caldari prefer to pull out before their huge eHP buffer is depleted.
The Caldari's number one and only defense is in their shields, they have nothing without them. It would make sense for them to have the fastest depleted delay because they NEED their shields back right away or they will die. On the other hand, when the Minmatar shields are depleted, they have a semi-decent armor buffer left over, and a high speed to expedite them from danger.

I don't think you read his post correctly. He was saying change it so that the 410shields/460armor would instead be 460shields/410armor. Not a nerf.

You can still have logi support with 410 armor. It would be 512 armor with maxed cores. I'd rather if we had more shields, then we could change the damage reduction of plasma on armor to a reduction of plasma on shields. Doesn't make much sense the way we have it now.
